1) Do you sell to the public?

Yes, we can also sell to private individuals.

2) What are the company store’s opening hours?

You can find us from Monday to Saturday during the following hours: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

3) Can I reserve a product and pick it up at the store? Is it always better to book in advance?

We normally try to always have mixed packs available, but we always recommend booking them at least 2-3 days in advance. During Easter, August, and Christmas, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. To make a reservation, simply call 0584 792711 during opening hours.

4) Do you deliver to addresses in Italy and abroad? How much do they cost? How can I pay?

Yes, we ship throughout Italy with BRT courier. Shipping costs are always €10 (€20 for the islands). Payment can be made after the goods arrive (you will find the order summary, receipt, and bank transfer instructions inside the package).

5) What to do in case of damaged shipment?

If the package appears to be damaged upon delivery, the most important thing to do is to ask the courier to sign with reservation and collect your package. We kindly ask you to send us photos of the damaged package and contact us at 0584 792711 so that we can resolve the issue with you.

6) Who are your retailers? In which city?

We have retailers both in Italy and abroad (Ireland, France, and Germany). You can find all our retailers on the map here. We recommend that you call your chosen store to check availability. If you cannot find the products you are looking for, you can order them directly from us by calling 0584 792711.
